3. Eligibility

• You have previously been suspended or terminated by Televanta;

• Telecommunications regulations;

• Anti-spam laws.
   

You are responsible for obtaining all legally required notices, disclosures, and consents before initiating calls, recording communications, sending messages, or processing personal data.

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities;

• Illegal robocalling;

• Political disinformation;

7. User Content and Customer Responsibilities
 

You retain ownership of your User Content.
 

You grant Televanta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, transmit, analyze, and use User Content solely for:

• Security monitoring and fraud prevention;

• Complying with legal obligations.
   

You represent and warrant that:
 

• You own or control all necessary rights to User Content;

10. Acceptable Use Policy

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TELEVANTA DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY;

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

• NON-INFRINGEMENT;

• ACCURACY OF OUTPUTS;

• SERVICE AVAILABILITY;

• SECURITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
   

20. Limitation of Liability
 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEVANTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS;

• REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE;

• DAMAGES RELATED TO AI OUTPUT;

• THIRD-PARTY FAILURES OR TELECOM ISSUES.

TELEVANTA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TELEVANTA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR

• ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
   

21. Indemnification
 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Televanta and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
 

• Your use of the Services;

• Your User Content;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your violation of laws or third-party rights.
   

22. Suspension and Termination
 

Televanta may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
 

• You violate these Terms;

• Your use creates legal or security risks;

• Required by law or regulators;

• Payment obligations are overdue.
   

Upon termination:
