Televanta ('we', 'us') builds AI voice and messaging agents for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you when you visit our website or use our services.
2. Data we collect
Account information (name, work email, company), product usage data, conversation transcripts you process through our platform, and standard web analytics. We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use data
To provide and improve the service, to support customers, to comply with legal obligations, and, only with explicit consent, to fine-tune models on aggregated, de-identified data.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 controls and offer BAAs for HIPAA-covered customers.
5. Subprocessors
A current list of subprocessors is available on request. We sign DPAs with all subprocessors handling personal data.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@televanta.ai.
7. Updates
We will post any material changes to this policy with at least 30 days notice.
