By accessing or using Televanta, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Televanta provides AI voice and messaging agents to businesses. We may update the service from time to time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Televanta for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes, including spam, fraud, or unauthorized data collection.
5. Fees & payment
Plans and pricing are as set out at televanta.ai/pricing or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Data ownership
You own your customer data. We process it on your behalf under our DPA.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is.' We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
